** We can facilitate varioius personalised workshops just for your party and can also offer singers / entertainment - cabaret 'in house' or at a local nightclub - Fish'n'Chip suppers in a local setting overlooking the ocean - and all sorts of little extras are freely available.

Whatever you need a whole venue for, we will assist with pleasure in any way we can to help your stay go without a hitch. With a decade of experience, allow us to take the responsibility away from the host, so you can relax and enjoy the weekend and not worry about cooking meals and all the hard work that goes into being a perfect host.

We have plenty of room to move around - Lounge / TV Room / Conservatory / Community Room and Dining Room.

The Community Room
is a good size room for everyone to meet, share a workshop / seminar etc.

Smoking garden area.

Prices are based on a full house of 13 guests - 2 night stay.

B&B - £840 ( under £65 per person )

Full Board Catering - £1,320 (£101.50 per person )

These prices include a single person attending for free - the host.

A 50% deposit is required to hold the booking confirmed. The remainder is due two weeks prior to commencement. Two payments in all. If we have to collect the monies from each individual then the price reverts to the full price and no discount is given. Credit / Debit card payment. Cheque payment has a surcharge of £10 added.

** Various charges apply for some extras available. ie: An 'in house singer' is an extra £250 - while a Sunday Afternoon Cabaret Show in a local club is just £10 per head.

Cancellation Policy:

If you reserve the venue for a private event and cancell - the following charges will apply.

One month notice of cancellation: 50% deposit is retained.
21 days notice: 50% of the outstanding amount owed is charged by Hamilton Hall.

Less than 14 days: The full amount is owed.

If we can re let the venue to someone else, then we just keep your 50% deposit.

Some people seem unaware that we have huge overheads and if you cancel at short notice and we are left with an empty venue - this puts us at risk of financial melt down. You are to be responsible and aware of all penalties and risks involved in renting the venue and the various charges made. If you cancel, various charges are made and will be paid.
One year, a private booking renting the whole venue cancelled just a week before they were due to arrive in mid August for a 12 day booking, and we refused to return any monies we had been fully paid - and after consulting a lawyer where he assumed he had the right to all his money back, the lawyer took one look at our various e mails between us and our small print and just laughed at him. If you cancel a British Airways flight at the last minute, you do not get a penny refund, so why assume it to be any different wth us ???

Please be respectful, professional and business-like in all dealings with Hamilton Hall. Please always state your name, dates required / booked and any information that may help us remember what you are talking about as you are not the only person we do business with and we may need a little reminder.
